Today is one of those crazy Oregon weather days. It has been raining for the last 3 days straight. I don't mean a few rain drops here and there, I mean serious downpours over and over. We were at my parents the other night watching the rain gauge go up in like 10 minutes. Our leaves have been turning colors and are so gorgeous, but after today's wind storm I don't think they will be any leaves on the trees left. I keep wondering if I'm back in Hood River today with winds like this.
Weather like this makes me feel so bad for kids in college in Oregon. My poor cousin Brittany is at George Fox in Newberg, and boy those walks to class in rain like this is not fun. I remember them all to well, and I lived as far as you could get and still be on campus. Long icky walks, the good thing was that everyone was in the same boat.
The good thing about all this rain is that it really does make Oregon beautiful We love our green yards in the summer time, and our autumn colors in the fall. I am drinking my tea today and enjoying hanging out with Julia inside. Oregon weather is strange but pretty nice when you get used to it.

Halloween (part 3)
Halloween (part 2)
We went over to Matt and Christie Engstrom's house to hang out with all the kids. There were 12 kids total at one point and they were all so cute! Brooklyn Eneas was there to welcome us (JoJo the clown).

Jack (6mos) was one tired bee.

We had the cutest cowgirl and indian girls at our party! (Peyton Hardin, Tatum Erlandson, and Nevaeh Bolt)

Halloween (part 1)
Halloween started by getting candy in the mail! When Brandon worked in Hood River there was a guy named Bob that always brought Julia candy, no matter what the occasion was she got candy. Sure enough, when Brandon got the mail on tuesday there was a package for Julia. She loved her candy necklace and braclets, but didn't want to wear them long because she wanted to eat the candy. She's a smart girl!

This is our adorable little elmo!

Julia's cousins Keirsten (kitty), and Sierra (skunk).

Bird hunting
Walking the dogs
Julia really loves her doggies lately. We try to walk the dogs as a family sometimes because she really enjoys watching them run around. She always calls to them when they run off to far. It is so funny to here her yell Riley, Cooper here! You'll notice in the pictures she has leaves in her hands. She always has to pick up the leaves when she sees them, and they are everywhere this time of year. It takes a while to walk to the car these days!

The park
Last weekend Brandon went bird hunting with the boys, so Julia and I had the day to ourselves. We watched a movie and went to the park. She loved the rockers. She thought they were ducks so she kept quacking at them! I think by the end she figured out they where fish.

This is my favorite picture. Just those beautiful big blue eyes!
