Happy Birthday Julia!

Julia turns 3 today! I can't believe how old she is getting. She is such a wonderful little girl, and she truly amazes us everyday. She is busy, animated, and so funny. Her imagination is wonderful, and we love to hear all the ideas she comes up with. She is sitting on a bunch of pillows right now telling me, "I"m cracking my eggs" ?!? Lately when I turn around while driving she asks me "mom are you going crazy?" Most of the time my response is 'yes.' Julia is very caring, and conscience of others. I love Julia's spirit and I pray she never loses it. I pray she will use it to do amazing things for the Lord.

Eclipse

We all watched some of the eclipse the other night, it was pretty cool. I think Julia just liked playing outside! Here's some pictures that Brandon took.

Oprah's good taste.

So I turned on Oprah this afernoon and what did I see? My cute red Ikea chairs on her stage. Seriously, I couldn't believe it. Either I have really good taste, or Oprah is pretty cheap. I'm thinking the later, because the chairs are cute but not that comfy!

Happy Late Valentines Day!

My pictures don't want to load right now, hopefully they will later...and I'll have time later. We had a nice Valentines day. In the morning we went to M2M at church and Julia got to play with all her friends. Then we took naps/quiet time. When the kids got up we went and got a papa murphy's heart shaped pizza. Yum, it was so good because I didn't want to cook and Brandon always loves pizza! You can't go wrong with that!! Before dinner Julia and I copied a fellow blogger and made chocolate covered marshmallows. They were so good, and so easy to make. Julia could do everything with very little help from me, so then she really enjoys the project! I'll work on those pictures later!

Outside fun

We got a couple of inches of snow at our house and Julia loved playing in it!! She got to play in the snow two days in a row so we was quite happy about the snow. The poor girls arms are stuck like that, she was pretty bundled up!

Inside fun

I'm afraid I have never been the mom to say "stop jumping on that!" Instead I tend to say "hey, lets put some more pillows down to make a bigger pile!" What can I say, jumping gets out tons of energy!!

Brandon has learned how to play the wii and take care of kids at the same time, and when in doubt just teach them how to play! Julia loved bowling on the wii, and she is pretty good!
